Join Richmond Ametefe as he guides us through the foundations for realistic charcoal drawings. Richmond currently hails from Esterhazy, Saskatchewan. Richmond is a self-taught charcoal artist, renowned for his captivating explorations of the human connection with nature. For the past 6 years, Richmond has honed his craft in charcoal, producing captivating monochromatic pieces that serve to foster a deeper appreciation for nature's beauty and inspire action towards its preservation.

4 - 2 hour classes: Saturdays, September 12th, 19th, 26th and October 3rd, 2026. 10 am - 12 pm.

Regular eraser- (Any art store, amazon)
One pencil/ mechanical pencil- (Dollar Store)
Elf make-up brushes (eyeshadow and small size concealer brushes)- (Walmart, Amazon, Make-up store)
Kneadable eraser- (amazon, or any art store)
Tombow mono zero eraser or any precision eraser- (Any art store, amazon)
Three small plastic containers for charcoal powder- (Dollar Store)
Any Mix Media or Stonehenge white sketch pad (at least 12 x 16 inches) (Any art store, Amazon) Do not buy charcoal sketch pad
Electric eraser (optional)
