Join Sandra as she leads us in the creation of a “frilly” bowl from a slab-pressed piece of clay. Sandra has a number of stencils available for you to press into your clay bowl, leaving a unique imprint design to truly “put your mark on your work!” You will learn hand-building and glazing techniques. The glazed finish will allow your canoe dish to be used for food if you so desire.
This is a two-part class. Tuesday, November 4th from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm you will work on building your bowl. The second class (glazing) will be determined by the group, allowing for sufficient drying time (usually at least 2 weeks from date of building.

Space is limited! A maximum of 5 participants.
Participants must be able to navigate stairs as our clay studio is in a basement.
