The Taste of Assamese Cuisine with Deep Borah

We are honoured to have Deep join us again to teach us a bit more about the cuisine of his home province in India, Assam. This time, he has agreed to show us how to make Moong Dal and Rajma (yellow lentils and kidney beans) in addition to our traditional Assam Chai! This promises to be a treat for all attendees. Come prepared to be wowed!

This is the third class in a series of classes on Assamese Cuisine.

Ages 12+

Supplies are included.

Class size is limited to 7 participants.

Registration for this class closes May 7th.

Allergy warning: Milk products and dried lentils are being used.

ABOUT OUR INSTRUCTOR:

Deep works in Borderland Co-op as a Customer Experience Supervisor and also had worked as a Senior Sales Consultant for an American artificial intelligence company. He has a passion for cooking, is a reader and a runner.
